BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S.
"My art" refers to my own personal art as well as commissions.

1. No refunds unless I cancel the commission
2. Personal use ONLY. Monetization of any sort is prohibited. This includes using it as rewards/promotional material such as Youtube thumbnails, exclusive Twitch emotes
3. Do not use my art for NFTs. Do not upload my artwork to any public distributed systems/storage
4. Do not use my art for AI training, or use AI on my art in any way
5. Please credit if you use my art， even if you edited it (ie using a filter, cropping)
6. I reserve the right to upload your commission for my portfolio unless previously specified
7. The commissioner should specify ALL DETAILS of the commission and provide clear references. If changes are made to the final artwork due to insufficient references then a fee will be charged. If the artist missed details that are already on the reference, then the edits are free of charge.
COMMISSION PROCESS
1. Full payment up front OR 50% payment upfront, 50% after sketch
2. Sketch -> check -> final->check->finish
